120th anniversary-inspired dinner service – November
Join us in celebrating the Colorado Chautauqua’s 120th anniversary! Running each month in 2018, we will feature a dish and cocktail inspired by a decade in our history. Served daily from 5:00 p.m. – close.
The 2000’s brought the beginning of a new millennium and a new era for the culinary industry. Cooking shows took the country by storm, visiting unknown tastes and unique dishes. This new and immersive view allowed kitchens at home and in restaurants to broaden their horizons. Our Colorado clam chowder pays homage to Top Chef’s first season that premiered in San Francisco, home of our very own Chef Domingo. We have added striped bass and herbs that are found locally throughout Colorado. Using fresh herbs in cocktails was in, making the Mojito a very popular drink. View the full menu here.
First Bite Boulder – November 9 – 17
Chautauqua Dining Hall is proud to be participating in First Bite Boulder! First Bite is an annual event highlighting the Boulder area dining scene. For one full week, more than 40 of the area’s top restaurants will offer a special three course $29 prix-fixe dinner menu to the community. Choose from various mouthwatering options, like slow roasted pork belly, pan seared scallops and lemon icebox pie. View the full menu here.
Thanksgiving dinner to-go
Make your Thanksgiving dinner easy with this delicious take home option. Now you can enjoy a relaxing holiday at home with your family and friends and let the staff at the Dining Hall do the cooking. This scrumptious meal includes a salad, oven roasted turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, traditional stuffing, brussel sprouts and glazed carrots, cranberry sauce and a rustic dinner roll.
All orders must be made by Monday, November 18 at 9:00 PM. Meals will be available for pickup at the Dining Hall on November 21 between 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Price is $32 per person. Whole pies are also available for $16.
Cancellation Policy: cancellations must be made with 7 days prior to pick up. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a $15 per person fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.Credit cards are required to place and hold all orders.

Christmas Eve dinner service
The Chautauqua Dining Hall is now accepting reservations for Christmas Eve dinner, but don’t wait too long! Served from 4 pm to close, the delicious, festive four course pre-fixe dinner includes family-style appetizer course, salad, choice of entrée (4-5 special entrees available including a vegetarian option), and choice of dessert. Cost: $46 for adults and $21 for children under 12. Reservations with a credit card are required.
