The Chautauqua Dining Hall has been a Boulder favorite since 1898. Meet up with your friends after an invigorating hike or before a concert and savor the spectacular views from the expansive wraparound porch while enjoying fresh Colorado bistro cuisine year round. The porch is heated for your dining comfort and the Dining Hall offers a full bar with local beers and great wines to complement your meal. Lodging guests receive a 10% discount at the Dining Hall. Just show your room key to your server.

SHOPPING

The recently restored General Store is now open year round to guests, patrons and visitors and offers great, local coffee, homemade ice cream, food-to-go, picnic supplies, unique gifts, and Chautauqua merchandise. Lodging Guests receive a 10% discount at the General Store on all items. Just show your room key.

HIKING

Chautauqua is a hiker’s paradise with 40 miles of trails in every direction – all levels of difficulty. Dogs love our hikes and are allowed on most trails and in many of our cottages. CONCERTS, FILMS, TALKS

Enjoy summer concerts, film and dance in our historic Auditorium and fall and spring concerts and lectures in the Community House. Events sell out so we recommend browsing our upcoming events and buying your tickets before you arrive You can purchase tickets at www.tickets@chautauqua, or stop in at the Box Office kiosk (west of the Auditorium) between May and September.

SPORTS COURTS

Tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts are available for guest use on a first come, first served basis. One tennis court is located to the east of the Dining Hall and one tennis court and a basketball court are located at the south end of the property.

 

CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND

The recently renovated playground to the east of the Dining Hall features state-of-the-art play and climbing structures, including a mini-Auditorium and child-sized replica of the Flatirons.

PUBLIC ART EXHIBITS

Chautauqua loves hosting public art installations! We partner with local artists and nonprofits to offer our visitors and guests unique exhibits throughout the year.
