Seasonal Housekeeper

Now hiring three seasonal housekeepers to work April 1 – September 28. This is a non-exempt, non-benefited position, responsible for performing housekeeping duties in rental cottages and public buildings in a timely manner while meeting established quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience, a great attitude and an eye for cleanliness, takes pride in what they do, and is committed to excellence. Weekend and some evening work is required in meeting position responsibilities. Shifts are scheduled in between the hours of 7 AM – 11 PM, up to 40 hours per week. For emergency and inclement weather reporting this position is considered essential.

Seasonal Groundskeeper

This is a seasonal non-exempt position responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all the landscape and garden features within the Chautauqua Park campus. This includes caring for the flower planters, niche gardens and lawns located throughout the park. Maintenance includes assuring that the gardens, flower planters, niche gardens, cottage and park lawns are adequately watered and weeded and cared for. This position runs from May 1, 2018 through September 28, 2018. Some weekend work may be required during periods of extreme weather.

Parking Staff

This is a part-time, seasonal, non-exempt position having responsibility for monitoring Chautauqua parking and traffic flow for guests, artist, staff and volunteers on high volume days for CCA and Colorado Music Festival events.
