Facilities Technician – Night Shift

The Facilities Technician is a full-time, benefited, non-exempt position. Under general supervision, this position performs a variety of small repair/maintenance tasks and provides nightly campus safety surveillance. The role is specifically designed to deliver exceptional customer service to Chautauqua’s guests during evening and nighttime hours. Some holiday work is required in meeting position responsibilities. For emergency and inclement weather reporting this position is considered essential.

Seasonal Gardener

This is a seasonal position responsible for the care of all landscape and garden features within the Colorado Chautauqua Campus. More specifically, this includes but is not limited to the upkeep of flowers, shrubs, trees, groundcovers, planters, niche gardens and lawns. Tasks include planting, pruning, irrigating, weeding and more. Seasonal Gardeners may be asked on occasion to assist other members of the Facilities and Preservation Department. This position runs from May 1, 2019 through September 30, 2019 and is typically a forty-hour work week with standard hours being from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Some weekend work will be required during periods of extreme weather. The rate of pay begins at $13.50 per hour.

Accounting Coordinator

The Accounting Coordinator is a full-time, year-round, benefited, non-exempt position that supports the Director of Finance and Administration (DFA). This position will act as point of contact for the organization as it relates to general accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and external parties, such as vendors, clients, or lenders, and assist DFA in preparing financial reports, taxes, and audits, and resolving discrepancies. Some evening and occasional weekend work is required in meeting position responsibilities. For emergency or inclement weather reporting purposes this position is non-essential.

Manager, Marketing and Communications

The Manager of Marketing and Communications is a full-time, benefited, exempt position, having overall responsibility for directing all marketing and communications efforts in support of the Association’s mission and values. For emergency and inclement weather reporting purposes this position is non-essential, though coordinating ongoing communications is an essential function even if performed off-site. Occasional weekend and evening work are required to meet the requirements of this position.
