Amid the hectic pace of today’s digital age, the enduring Chautauqua values of voluntary simplicity, lifelong learning, love of nature and music, oration and the arts are more relevant and needed than ever.  As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Colorado Chautauqua Association relies on the generosity of the community to help preserve the site and spirit of the historic Chautauqua and enrich the lives of the many who visit each year from across the United States and the world.

Ways To Give

The Colorado Chautauqua offers donors, visitors, guests and patrons countless ways to feel part of our mission and contribute. From buying memberships and gift certificates to ordering commemorative bricks and joining our tree stewards program, you will find a giving option that reflects your interests and Chautauqua connection. Other giving options include individual and business contributions, matching gifts, planned giving and corporate sponsorships. Having trouble deciding or want to discuss custom giving options or a major gift?  Contact Development Director Debbie Stewart: [email protected]

By partnering with Colorado Chautauqua Association, the nonprofit steward of the Colorado Chautauqua National Historic Landmark, your organization will provide invaluable support for its historic preservation and public programming mission and be connected to one of the Colorado Front Range’s most extraordinary cultural and historical institutions. The Colorado Chautauqua’s corporate partnership program is a unique and cost-effective answer to specific corporate marketing objectives and can help your company demonstrate its commitment to education, the arts, environmental sustainability and historic preservation.  Monetary and certain in-kind sponsorships are gratefully welcomed.

Volunteers are an essential part of providing a memorable and enjoyable experience for Chautauqua patrons. Volunteer duties include greeting and welcoming guests, providing excellent customer service, and ushering patrons to their seats.
