How does the Royal Arch Member Concierge Service Work?

Royal Arch members can reach out directly to Director Development, Debbie Stewart (303) 952-1629 for assistance with any membership benefits including ticket purchasing, VIP parking, VIP entry, lodging reservations, etc.

 

How many premier tickets can I purchase for an event?

For each event with reserved seating in the Auditorium, Royal Arch members may purchase eight reserved seats in premier locations. If an event is general admission with no reserved seating, Royal Arch members will have access to advanced purchase of eight general admission seats – understanding that seat location for that event is first come, first served.

 

When will I be able to purchase tickets?

Every Royal Arch Member will receive an email announcing new events as they go on sale. This email will include the time allotted for Royal Arch members to access premier seats.  After the pre-sale window closes for Royal Arch seating, the tickets will be released for public sale.

 

How do I access the specific seats offered to me with my membership?

Online Purchase

As a Royal Arch member, you will receive an online promotional code which allows access to the seat locations offered. You will be allowed to select the seats you would like to purchase and be able to complete the transaction online.

NOTE: This promotional code can only be used by the membership holder and is non-transferrable. Verification processes are used to ensure the member has used the promotional code associated with their specific membership. Any individual other than the member using a promotional code assigned to a Royal Arch member will render the transaction void and the member may lose their premier seat purchase privileges for future events.

Charge-By-Phone

As a service of our Royal Arch Member Concierge Service you may also call one of our box office specialists to place your order.  If you would like to purchase by phone, please call the Chautauqua Box Office at 303-440-7666. You will need your membership / customer number accessible for phone purchases. Hours are Monday – Friday from 12pm to 5pm.  Call volumes may be high so please be sure to leave us a message.

In Person

Royal Arch members may also visit the Chautauqua Box Office in person to complete their purchase.  Please present your membership card indicating you are a Royal Arch member to the box office associate for premier seating.

Kiosk in the Garden:

May through September:  Monday through Friday, 12 pm – 5pm

Cottage 200 (Public Events Office)

October through April: Wednesdays and Fridays, 12pm- 5pm*

*Due to inclement weather occurrences these hours may vary, please call the box office to confirm staff are on site.

*Electronic tickets are not available for Royal Arch premier purchases.

 

How will I receive my tickets?

Royal Arch members may choose to have their tickets delivered via US Mail ($5 shipping fee) or may choose to pick their tickets up at the box office “will call” window.  Valid photo ID and membership care are required for pick up.

 

What is the Commemorative Brick benefit?

Royal Arch members will become a part of the history of the Colorado Chautauqua through a Commemorative Brick engraved with a personal message in their honor and installed along the path in our beautiful Centennial Garden. 

 

What is VIP parking?

Royal Arch members will have access to a reserved Academic Hall parking space for their use any day or time from May through October. Royal Arch members will be given one Royal Arch Hang Tag that can be transferred from vehicle to vehicle, per the Royal Arch member’s discretion.

 

Where is the VIP parking?

Your Royal Arch VIP parking spot will be in the North Academic Hall lot, just steps away from the Auditorium, Dining Hall, General Store, and multiple hiking trails. See map below.
