Corporate Catering Services

Thank you for choosing Chautauqua to host your business meeting. The Chautauqua Dining Hall is proud to be the exclusive provider for all events held within the park.  Menu options for breakfast, lunch, mid-day breaks and dinner can be tailored to fit your specific catering needs with and without full-service staffing.  We are happy to customize menus to fit a variety of budgets, varying tastes, and dietary restrictions.

Corporate Booking Terms

Requests for catering services can be accommodated up to 72 hours prior to your event date. Each Chautauqua venue has a required food and beverage minimum. A minimum guest count of (8) is required. Arrangements for a catered event in your lodge or cottage during your stay can be made, ask your coordinator for more details.

Special Requests

Our catering coordinators are ready to build a customized menu based on your personal preferences and budget. In addition to our Colorado Bistro inspired menus, we specialize in vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options, ask your event coordinator how to create a menu that will satisfy all your needs.

Coordination

All you do is show up! Our talented coordinators will take care of the rest. Special orders to compliment your affair will be managed for custom linens, chairs, and décor elements. Our team is ready to plan, care for and execute every detail of your event. A 2.5% coordination fee applies.

Equipment

Standard chairs, tables and linens are included in the rental of your venue. Help us save water and take advantage of the complimentary compostable plates, cups and cutlery included with your catering. Porcelain china, glassware, & silverware can be rented at $3/person. Depending on the event timeframe, group size and menu service, additional staff may be necessary when renting porcelain and glassware.

Audiovisual 

We are happy to provide and/or arrange audio and visual rentals to support your meeting.  Be sure to ask our coordinator about our in-house menu.

Fees

Set-up & Break-down based on (1) hour prior and (1) hour following the event.

    • 25 attendees or more – $75
    • Fewer than 25 attendees – $45
    • Overtime – additional service fee – $40 per hour

Service Fees

A 25% service fee is assessed on all food and beverage items, including bar and attended buffet service. All fees are subject to 8.995% sales tax.
