Missions House Lodge

The Missions House was built in 1911 to house young women attending the Rocky Mountain School of Missions. It expanded professional opportunities for women in church work, interested in foreign and domestic missionary work.

Looking for a truly special place to hold your corporate or family event or lifestyle retreat? Located on the grounds of a living historic district, the Missions House Lodge is Boulder's premier venue for small gatherings.

Built in 1911, the superbly renovated Missions House Lodge features a spectacular great room with a stone gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, eight guest rooms with private baths and a screened-in front porch. The arts & crafts interior and furnishings provide a warm, luxurious setting. The Missions House Lodge is available year-round.

AMENITIES INCLUDE:

The Great Room features comfortable Mission-style furniture, a harvest table for 10, and a massive stone gas fireplace. Missions House Lodge features central air conditioning and gas heat. The large screened-in front porch, with its comfortable wicker furniture, is one of the Lodge's best features.

Blackout curtains, a projection screen, and additional seating and tables are available.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes: stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishes, and tableware.

The eight guest rooms sleep a maximum of 16 people. Seven of the eight guest rooms have one queen bed. The eighth has a set of twin beds. Each guest room has a private en suite bath. Linens and towels are provided, but not daily maid service. One guest room on the main floor is designed to ADA standards and another is designated for guests with environmental allergies. A bonus powder room on the main floor is wheelchair accessible.

Pets are not permitted in Missions House Lodge.

- Building has a south ramp that is wheelchair accessible.  
- All of the Great Room, main floor and porch is wheelchair accessible.  
- The main entry doors are 32” wide.
- Guest Room #2 is disabled accessible

FOOD & CATERING

You are welcome to supply your own food and beverage and prepare your own meals in the Missions House kitchen.

If you wish to have your event catered, the Dining Hall and its catering service, Three Leaf Concepts, is the exclusive caterer for all catering services in Chautauqua venues. Other caterers are not permitted.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

Within 14 days from booking, a 50% deposit is required along with a signed contract. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Due to the unique nature of Missions House Lodge, there will be no refunds for any cancellations or for staying fewer nights than specified in the contract.

Missions House Lodge can be booked any time. Rates range from $1,177 - $1,310 + tax.
