A note on budget: All caterers work within whatever budget you specify, so no need to price shop; just choose someone you'll enjoy working with. Prices for catering vary widely, but expect to pay about $4.50 & up for breakfast; $5.95 & up for lunch; and $15 & up for social dinners, plus staffing, taxes, & gratuities.
