The lodge features a spectacular great room with a stone gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, eight guest rooms with private baths, downstairs powder room and a screened-in front porch. The lodge sleeps up to 16 people and can comfortably entertain parties up to 35 guests. The lodge is ADA accessible and pet-free.
Guests are welcome to supply their own food and beverages and prepare meals in the lodge’s kitchen. For catering, all services are provided by the Chautauqua Dining Hall and its catering company, Three Leaf Concepts.
Columbine Lodge was built in 1919 just after World War I and served motoring tourists who wished to experience Chautauqua for a few days or a week, rather than rent a cottage for the entire season.
Today, Columbine Lodge offers modest, studio accommodations in an apartment style building. Each unit is equipped with a small kitchenette and bath and is available with full or twin beds. Hikers will enjoy front door access to over 40 miles of open space trails.
Columbine Lodge is best suited for individuals or couples without small children. Columbine Lodge is pet-free.
