Chautauqua Community House

Sold Out

Graced with an unprecedented childlike glow, Jonathan Richman is a brilliant songwriter and a one-of-a-kind performer of insanely creative proportions. While the founder of The Modern Lovers’ music is rooted in rock and roll, it often draws on influences from around the world.

Richman’s percussive counterpart, Tommy Larkins, is an actor and musician known for his work in movies like “There’s Something About Mary” and “Kingpin.” Larkins is largely self-taught and plays an eclectic and unorthodox kit. His idiosyncrasies make him the perfect pairing for the ever eccentric Richman.

It is rare to catch a Jonathan Richman show, never mind in such a setting as the Chautauqua Community House. Come out and do yourself a favor. See this show.
