Chautauqua’s 26 scenic acres give you everything you need – all in one place, and with plenty of room to roam. You’ll find venues capable of hosting from 10-150 visitors. Your guests/friends/ colleagues can relax in any of the 58 historic cottages; each with screen porches, kitchens, living rooms and bath. Our catering service offers a varied menu with select items. As well, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and a full-service bar at the historic Dining Hall. With its 58 cottages and two lodges, your guests will love the Colorado Chautauqua’s charming accommodations and their proximity to a wide range of recreational and cultural activities, surrounded by beauty and imbued with a rich history and tradition.


Catering services are provided by the Chautauqua Dining Hall and its catering company, Three Leaf Concepts. Whether it is a wedding reception, bar/bat mitzvah, corporate luncheon, intimate dinner party, or anything in between, catering services and menus are customized to meet the unique needs of each individual event. Menus feature fresh, local ingredients and artisanal cuisine.
