Boz Scaggs – September 1

Fans who have followed the remarkable career of blues-rock singer Boz Scaggs recognize his solo triumphs – with classic albums like “Silk Degrees” (1976), which sold five million copies, and “Middle Man” (1980), reaching number 8 on the Billboard 200 album chart. His late-period high points like “Some Change” (1994) and “A Fool To Care” (2005) are instant reminders of his characteristically deft touch as a blues-rock singer. His soul is effortless and deeply felt, never making a show of itself, but unmistakably evident in every lyric he delivers. Listen to a song from Boz Scaggs’ brand-new album, “Out of the Blues,” here. Saturday, September 1. 7:30 PM. Chautauqua Auditorium. Ride the FREE HOP 2 Chautauqua shuttle to this show! 120th Anniversary-inspired Menu – August

Running each month in 2018, the Chautauqua Dining Hall will feature a dish and cocktail inspired by a decade in our history. August’s menu highlights the meat shortage felt by many American families in the early 1970’s, and in turn, the invention of Hamburger Helper. Our Colorado Helper features elk, one of Colorado’s most popular game animals. To top our creation, we added a 1970’s classic: fondue. For our beverage this month, we turn to a long-time favorite and Colorado specialty: Coors Banquet. View the full menu here.

Served daily from 5:00 p.m. – close. For reservations, click here or call 303.440.3776.
