ACCESS AND SAFETY PROJECTS

West Garden Walk project continues

While work continues, weather permitting, on both the West Garden Walk and Auditorium ADA accessible restroom projects, a path will remain open to the west of the Centennial Garden in front of the Community House and Cottage 200. This path will provide access to the Dining Hall and north part of the campus, as the brick pathway that runs east to west in the Centennial Garden remains temporarily closed to pedestrian traffic.

The next phase of the West Garden Walk project will include grading and stone work as an ADA-compliant sidewalk and associated landscaping are put into place in the coming weeks.

For more information, please contact CCA’s Facilities and Preservation Manager Jeff Medanich at 303.952.1676.

ADA accessible restroom project continues

Movement of materials and machinery continues to the west of the Auditorium in preparation for the construction of ADA accessible restrooms.

This restroom project, managed and funded by the City of Boulder, will feature a six stall restroom with ADA accessible accommodations for both men and women. The restroom will be completed in mid-May, weather permitting, for the start of the 2015 Chautauqua Auditorium season.

Please obey all closure signs and use caution when traveling near this area. Thank you for your cooperation.

For more information about this project, contact the City of Boulder Facilities Asset Management Department, or call 303.952.1676.
