This 1924 beloved classic features Betty Bronson as Peter Pan, the free spirited boy who refuses to grow up. With the help of fairy dust, Peter leads the Darling children (Wendy, Peter and Michael) to the mythical island known as Neverland. Here they find adventure and meet the nefarious Captain Hook. MUSICMary Chapin Carpenter – July 24Five-time Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Mary Chapin Carpenter takes the stage to perform songs from her expansive 14-album catalog and new songs from her latest record “The Things That We Are Made Of.” The Huffington Post declares, “Carpenter is now at the height of her musical career, painting a compelling piece of art tinged with mixed feelings of grief and joy.” Emily Barker will open tonight’s show. Lucinda Williams – July 31A gifted songwriter with a strong and distinctive voice, Lucinda Williams is an Americana pioneer. Described by Believer magazine, Williams’ songs are “like a catalog of intimate sufferings, mostly of the romantic kind-suicidal poets, unfulfilled love songs and long, sad drives across the South.” Her newest album, “The Ghosts of Highway 20,” brings those stories to life and give a vivid look at how the highway has been a backdrop throughout her life.
