Missy Raines & the New Hip – May 6

With a voice described as “smoky and seductive,” seven-time International Bluegrass Music Association (IMBA)Bass Player of the Year Missy Raines is heading west with new band members and a fresh sound. Murmuration pairs musicians and dancers in unexpected combinations to celebrate the community’s wide array of talent, creativity and diversity. Goldilocks – June 4 – July 30

Follow Goldilocks as she encounters unlocked doors, a family of bears and many other adventures in her quest for what is “just right.” During this hiking play, audience and actors take a moderate hike amidst the scenic backdrop of Boulder Open Space while scenes from “Goldilocks” are performed along the way. Edwina the Great and Her Flea Circus – August 13

In this hiking play by Joaquin Aviña, audience members get a chance to choose the path of two friends as they are pulled into a mystery, challenge bad guys and possibly end the debate of whether a tomato is a fruit or a vegetable. Chautauqua Access Management Plan (CAMP) open house – Thursday, April 28

The City of Boulder invites the community to attend an open house to kick off a planning process around getting to and from Chautauqua, including parking, biking, walking, transit and more. The open house is Thursday, April 28 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Chautauqua Community House.

Community members who live, work or play at Chautauqua are encouraged to attend. City staff will share information about past work on access to Chautauqua and collect feedback on the proposed planning process from attendees. There will be regular public meetings throughout the CAMP process and multiple opportunities and channels for comment. For further information on CAMP, please visit
