Mountainfilm on Tour – September 7

Join us this Friday for an evening of action-packed, inspiring and captivating films handpicked from the 2018 Mountainfilm festival. Symbols of Resistance – September 13

“Symbols of Resistance” illuminates the untold stories of the Chican@ Movement as it emerges in the 1970’s. This film engages the importance of student activism; the effect of police repression and how issues of identity, land and community still resonate in the Chican@ struggles of today. Read more here.

From now through September 30, the Chautauqua General Store is open daily 8AM – 3PM. Choose from espresso drinks, teas, chai and cold drinks, baked goods or homemade ice cream and sundaes. Grab-and-go snacks and other supplies like sunscreen, water bottles, hats and basic sundries are also available to equip you for your Chautauqua adventure.
