What do you need to know about Camp Chautauqua?

Where do we meet?

From the main entrance of Chautauqua Park, located just south of 9th and Baseline, head south on Kinnikinic Road. Continue on Kinnikinic Road, passing Primrose Road. Take a left at Astor Lane and another left at Wildrose Road. Park in front of the Academic Hall, located just north of the Waterwise Garden, or along the street where available.

What if I register my child and he/she can no longer make a session?

Camp fees will be refunded (excluding a 10% processing fee) if the cancellation occurs at least three weeks in advance of the session. In all cases, a 10% administrative fee is held by our partners at Wild Bear.

What should my child and I bring to camp?

Water, snack, sunscreen and hats are suggested. Comfortable walking shoes and weather appropriate clothing are strongly encouraged.

Can I bring my child outside of the 3-5 age limit?

The Bear Cub program at Camp Chautauqua is specially-designed for ages 3-5. Children outside of this age limit are not accepted.

What if Camp Chautauqua should have to cancel?

Should Camp Chautauqua have to cancel any Bear Cub program, a full refund will be provided by Wild Bear Nature Center.
