General Store Manager
The Colorado Chautauqua is looking for an inspirational General Store Manager who will foster a positive work environment, developing trust among team members by demonstrating integrity, discretion and fairness and who will inspire and motivate to create a nostalgic setting that is warm and inviting; where our guests come to find unique gifts, enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and fresh, healthy food.
The General Store Manager is a full-time, benefited, exempt position having overall responsibility for general store operations, including budget management, merchandising, inventory and procurement, food safety and preparedness, and training and managing staff. The General Store Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is a hands-on position based out of the General Store. This position requires working varied hours including evenings and weekends.
