SUMMARY:Art In The Park (thru OCT 17)
DESCRIPTION:EXHIBIT & AUCTION\nTrees devastated by the Cal-Wood Fire have been transformed into 35 beautiful\, hand-made benches by Cal-Wood Education Center staff. Local artists have turned these benches into spectacular\, one-of-a-kind art pieces for a special Colorado Chautauqua Art In The Park exhibit. \nThe benches are currently on display throughout Chautauqua’s historic campus. Each bench is also part of a virtual auction to raise funds for the participating artists\, Colorado Chautauqua’s wildfire prevention efforts\, and Cal-Wood Education Center’s ongoing wildfire recovery campaign. \nThe exhibit and virtual auction will be live from September 10 through October 17\, the first anniversary of the Cal-Wood fire. Access the online auction here. \nFor more information\, or if you are interested in sponsoring a bench\, contact Director of Development Debbie Stewart at Debbie.Stewart@chautauqua.com. Bench sponsorships are $500 (sponsorship form).
