Gentle Flow Yoga

Start your Monday off right with a gentle flow yoga class and a beautiful view. All experience levels are welcome. The class will be offered in a nurturing, supportive, fun-loving way. Reconnect with nature, as well as your own body and mind.  Please bring a yoga mat or check one out at the front desk. The class is lead by Sarah Lems. Sarah teaches yoga in a nurturing, supportive, and fun-loving way. Yoga changed her outlook on life, allowing her to find the pause between stimulus and response and teaching her to slow down and listen to her inner voice.
