Cottage 603 was built in 1924 on a buggy parking lot, near the Waterwise Garden, which was originally named Alamo Plaza. In 1906, wire settees were purchased to furnish seating and several of these benches still grace the lawn.

This cottage is convenient to tennis and basketball courts and close to hiking trails.
