The Cantwell Cottage (Cottage 6) is one of our Heritage Cottages. It was Built in 1901 and was originally known as Corsicanna Texas Teachers Cottage. This cottage was a duplex believed to have been moved here from downtown Boulder by Edwin Chamberlain of San Antonio, a founder and early board member of the Texado Chautauqua. It was converted to a single dwelling in 1925.
