Housekeeper II
General Description
This position is considered to be the assistant to the Housekeeping Manager. This is a full-time, non-exempt year-round position responsible for performing housekeeping duties in rental properties and public buildings in a timely manner, meeting established quality standards. This position will also be responsible for managing the housekeeping department and staff when the Housekeeping Manager is off-duty. Some evening and weekend work is required in meeting position responsibilities. This position is required to work both Saturdays and Sundays from late May to early September and may occasionally be required to work one weekend day each week during the rest of the year. For emergency and inclement weather reporting this position is considered essential.

Houseperson (Housekeeper I)
General Description
The Houseperson position is a full-time, year-round, non-exempt position, with primary responsibilities to provide support to the Housekeeping department. Duties include delivery and pick-up of linens and supplies, cleaning around cottage porches and other exterior areas and various other tasks. Some evening or weekend work may be required in meeting position responsibilities. For emergency and inclement weather, reporting to duty is considered essential.

FACILITIES AND PRESERVATION SPECIALIST I
General Description
The Colorado Chautauqua Association (CCA), a 501(c)3 Colorado non-profit corporation that is the steward of the Colorado Chautauqua National Historic Landmark (NHL) in Boulder, seeks a Facilities and Preservation Specialist I to perform a variety of semi-skilled preservation, repair and maintenance, capital improvement projects and tasks.
Requirements
5 or more years of well-rounded experience in basic skills associated with accepted practices for building preservation and maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, HVAC, roofing, painting, etc. Starting salary: $13-14 per hour DOQ plus competitive benefits.
